We're receiving feedback from our users that after some time, Niantic removes some items from inventory. Now we're testing new methods for loading items "without a trace" in order to protect our customers from such cases.

It's most likely that now - Niantic actively checking item transactions between "mule" accounts. Usually, such "events" occur once a year for 1-2 months.

Changes in the General rules for the delivering game items from October 10, 2020.

General changes in the rules of transferring in-game items via the "MULE" account:
- Only the Google accounts being used as a temporary MULE account(not Facebook or Apple);
- Time to unload items from the "mule" account hasn't been touched and is still 24-48 hours. After that time, the warranty on the "mule" expires, but you can use our account nonetheless;
-  For every new order, we use a new "clean" account (to avoid multi-sessions).

For all those who are concerned about using such "MULE" accounts, our store always gives the option to "drop" your items using your coordinates. Please specify this delivery method in advance in the comments when placing your order.

"Why were my items removed? I'm afraid of them blocking my main account».

- before uploading items to a temporary "MULE" account, we transfer them through several dozen accounts by spamming empty capsules. Thus, it is difficult for Niantic to determine with certainty the origin of these items. Therefore, if some part of the ID of these elements is detected, they will only be able to delete them from the accounts where they are stored. Thus, without blocking any Accounts.

We recommend that our customers do not keep such items in their inventory or the inventory of an additional account for a long time. Try to use them promptly.

For all those who are used to buying large item packages, but are not sure of their long-term safety, we introduce a new delivery "in installments" for 30 days. Here the procedure for this method of getting items:
- you place a regular order, but you get Items gradually, as they are needed;
- you can choose "how many items" you want to take and at what time;
- you need to contact us, provide the order number, and specify the number of items to load.

The advantage of this method is that the buyer does not need to worry about his capsules once again. In this case, we'll lose more items, if Niantic eventually deletes their from the "mule" since everything from the order is kept on our side. And then, we'll can send new items to the customer from new secret accounts.
*This method only applies to VR items. Other "Common" and "rare" items, which we’re sending in packs, are always ready for use.
